New York is a very attractive and dynamic market. We have a very strong base in California, and we have succeeded in expanding into new market areas. New York has very high growth potential, and we will duplicate what we did in California.

All parts of our business are very exciting. We've caught the right markets. We're in property, infrastructure and power, and the economy is growing fast in the Pearl River Delta.

Big banks...don't know how to underwrite these loans. New immigrants come here with nothing, for two to three years they work very hard and then they buy first home in America. It's not easy for a traditional mortgage lender to understand how they save.

I was a new immigrant in 1991 and came from China. No one would give me a loan because I had not established credit here.
